DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the infringing content as required by copyright law. To maintain fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant's contact details, with the person accused of infringing the content. If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice, which must include: A description of the content that was removed and its original location. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, stating your belief that the removal was a mistake. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and agreeing to accept service of legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant files a legal claim.
